Humm, if you try with Oracle's version of Vbox?

Install it by following this command list trough your terminal as root:

1.- su -c 'wget
http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/rpm/fedora/virtualbox.repo
-O /etc/yum.repos.d/virtualbox.repo; sed -i "s,enabled=0,enabled=1,g"
/etc/yum.repos.d/virtualbox.repo'

2.- su -c 'yum update; yum install -y VirtualBox-3.2 dkms gcc'

3.- sudo yum -y install kernel-headers kernel-devel

4.- su -c '/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup'

5.- su -c 'usermod -G vboxusers -a username'

(Replace "username" with your real username)

Good Luck!
