anacron broken after upgrade from 13 to 14

All the bits seem to be in place as you describe so it
should be working. I downgraded crontabs back to crontabs.noarch
0:1.10-33.fc14
on one of the two machines. I am in the process of run diffs on the
files to see what changed.
