Running yum -v update resulted in much more verbose output. Here goes

"/sbin/ldconfig: Tiedosto /usr/lib/libnm-glib.so.2.4.2 on tyhjä, ei
tarkastettu." means that file /usr/lib/libnm-glib.so.2.4.2 is empty, no
transaction. Both this and
"org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Spawn.ChildExited: Launch helper exited with
unknown return code 127" google queries provides a lot of results. I'll
investigate this case deeper. And this time gvfs will not get away with
it! I've already had some tiny problems with gvfs when connecting to
remote ftp server. However they disappeared after restarting X-session,
so I have no bug reports on the case.
