You'll find the latest Fedora Rawhide RPMs here:

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/development/rawhide/

You can download some/all for the architecture of your choice (i686 or
x86_64), then run 'yum localinstall libre*'. Rawhide is at v3.2.99.1-2,
compared to v3.2.0-12.31 for Fedora 13, so the differences should be
very minor.
