Aren't upgrades demanding too much restarts?

That's a good point (also made by Calin a couple of messages ago),
it's obviously not practical, I would hate it as well. Please forget I
even suggested that ;-)

Still, AFAICS a reboot shouldn't be necessary on such cases.
