Kernel 2.6.34.6-54.fc13.x86_64 breaks my BCM3412 WiFi card!

I have two machines which produce no sound when that kernel is used. And running 
it on (x86_64) host produces looping when KVM VM terminates, resulting in 
qemu-kvm 100% CPU use.
