Root File System Maxed Out

That doesn't sound right. 3.3 GB is pretty small for /.
The df command will show the partitions used by Fedora. You will see total
space, space used and space available. Some amount of space is help back
for root only, so things won't quite total up.

Usually the reserve is 5% which is kind of high these days.
