To be more precise, there's no mixer included in the LiveCD version of F 
15.  This is probably because it's intended mostly to be a "try it 
before you buy it" demo of the distro and it's limited to what will fit 
on a CD.  I don't know if there's a full DVD version of F 15 yet, but if 
there is, there's probably a mixer included in the default install.
