Hi Bruno,

Please see http://www.broadcom.com/support/802.11/linux_sta.php 
Follow the instructions in README.txt and make sure you apply the patch
for kernel versions > 2.6.37.
As a quick guide, please see my blog. No guarantee, but works for me
