a little more information would be fine

how do you mount?
as which user do you mount?
are you trying to use the mount as the same user who mounted?

if not this may be is the problem since even root is not allowed
to touch my fuse-mount over sshfs

i am using sshfs from fedora 7 to currentyl F15 via
/etc/fstab and it is working fine

        fuse.sshfs    128G   86G   43G  68% /mnt/arrakis

[root at rh:~]$ ls /mnt/arrakis
ls: Zugriff auf /mnt/arrakis nicht möglich: Keine Berechtigung
