Using Perle "Speed8 LE" 8-port serial card with built-in drivers

I'm running F16 on x86_64 hardware, running the 3.1.4 kernel, and have a Perle "Speed8 LE" octal serial card.

I'm tired of having to hack their drivers to get them to build on linux 3.x...

Is there a way to get the 8250_pci.ko driver to detect this board?
