You need to tell exactly which package this is about and which
"rpmfusion-free-release" package is installed currently on your machine
and which one is available in the repositories. Around release of F16
there have been a few issues with old signatures on some of RPM Fusion's
packages and their repo/key package no longer containing the old keys.
