Firefox 9 on F16 can not set Home Page

a very good possibility. i forgot about that one. ;-(

i am still in 3.6.24 and do not have all the problems of later r/v. !yea!

disabling add-ons would/should have covered that.

looking at 'about:plugins' should show if 'bing search' is installed.
