You do not need to do this.

If you install the samsung drivers, you can just run restorecon on the
locations that the files got installed.  If the installation is an rpm,
you can execute

fixfiles -F -R RPMPACKAGE restore

You should not need to do setenforce 0 to run the restore, since you are
running as unconfined_t (most likely)  Also you should not need to
reboot, you might need to restart cups though.
