Kolourpaint - like app for Fedora

So there are no packages with the string "kolour" in their names. Not
really very useful to know.

Never heard of mspaint, but presumably kpaint would be similar. If you
want something more like Photoshop, there's also gimp. The Graphics menu
under KDE lists several others and I suppose Gnome has something on
those lines as well.
