- check if you processor supports virtualization
# egrep 'vmxx|svm' /proc/cpuinfo  -i 1>&2> /dev/null && echo 'virtualization
support avaiable' || echo 'support unavailable'

- installation
# yum install @kvm

the command to manage the guests is virsh, virt-install to install new
guests,  and others virt-*, also I advice you look libguestfs.
