SeLinux, should I disable it?

I tried but gave up after a few pages. Hits were divided between 
newsgroup mirrors of the Fedora list with this discussion, and links to 
the .pdf of that presentation. I tried reading the slides but it became 
quickly obvious that the video would probably be a lot more useful...
