persistent image with firefox 3.6.18

are these flash videos, using the adobe flash player, perhaps?

I find I have strange stuff on my screen, using firefox, whenever
I'm looking at icanhazcheezburger.org... some images stay on the screen
even though other stuff is scrolling over them. sometimes one of the
images can be "seen through" the "openings" where letters/numbers are
displayed, as if the type was transparent and the flash images were
scrolling up/down behind.

so far it's only on that site where I've observed this.
