Why on the Earth GNOME Shell hiding Shutdown & Restart options

	I'm afraid you're way over my head. 

	Fwiw, my present F14 doesn't have that file; and I have yet to 
discover how to get my F15 live CD to show me a terminal. (I have gotten 
into the live image help; maybe that'll tell me.)
