Not able to download rpmfusion

Along with changing the URL....  Please take note that "rpmfusion" is
*not* associated with the Fedora Project or RedHat. 

So, if you have problems with them, you need to contact them....

Sending a copy of the problem to bugzilla at redhat.com is not warranted.
