How to fix no color in Firefox watching Youtube Video

I have found a workaround:

you have to disable hardware acceleration in the Flash player.
As probably the settings button is greyed, please visit this site
http://www.youtube.com/swf_test.html
By right-clicking you can disable hardware acceleration and then enjoy 
Youtube again.
