help setting umask corrently

You already had a valid (if somewhat odd) umask set, you didn't have to
convert it to the numeric value.  "umask u=rwx,g=rwx,o=r" is a valid
command.  Like I said; you just needed to remove the "-S" that told the
command to print out the symbolic value.
