Problems with Some MP3s in Rhythmbox

I don't think it's technically feasible unless someone encapsulated
the mp3 audio in another file container but I'm think it is possible
to 'break' the encoding in a way that open source decoders may not be
able to handle.

Something similar to how some DVD's are "broken" in a way that
commercial players don't seem to care about but PC DVD drives choke
on.

That's the only reason I could think of that "file" didn't seem to be
able to get the audio properties of one of your mp3 files but not the
other.
