Try running "systemd-analyze blame".  It'll show you which services
are taking the longest to start so you can figure out what fat you
might be able to trim.

(On my system, foolishness like the script to set up read-only root
that I don't use and some leftovers from a LiveCD install were eating
up gobs of boot time unnecessarily.)
