Current F15 kernels + proprietary nVidia driver ? kmod, akmod, x11 config.

I have never seen this happen.  If the kmod is available when the 
kernel's updated, the new kmod comes in.  This isn't because of a 
dependency, but because the kmod itself is being updated.
