How do I turn off graphical boot

I do the following at it works fine (persists over yum kernel updates):

  1) Edit /etc/default/grub

  2) Run grub2-mkconfig (# grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg)

  3) Set the default grub entry to 0 (# grub2-set-default 0)
