gnome 3 extensions

sounds like your desktop isnt working properly.

when i do alt-f2, i get a small box mid-screen where the cmd is
input. if your access to gnome shell doesnt work, i'd not expect
the rest of gnome extensions to work either.

is there a reason for your manual desktop startup? just curious...
