Cargo Cult sysadmining

Hi

Is there any list of Cargo cult sysadmin practices for Fedora?

I include  myself in that group somewhat.
I  leave out SELINUX on my personal systems, haven't wanted to test out
whether it was as obnoxious as I felt it to be several versions back.

It would be good to know what has actually improved while we were not
noticing (or were busy doing something else)
