GNOME 3 Apps maximized on startup?

Suggest to read the release notes.

The one bit about maximized has:
| When maximized, certain applications will now hide their title bar.
| This ensures more space is available for the application. 

Aside from that certain applications will start by default as maximized.
By default = they remember their size.
