SELinux is preventing /usr/bin/totem-video-thumbnailer from create access on the directory .gstreamer-0.10

Please run this command and reply with the output:
$ restorecon -Rv ~/.gstreamer-0.10

See if the AVC goes away.

You could have also read the SELinux alert message. It should have told
you a similar command to run to fix this.
