Very good for her. I had my own mom moved to Fedora a few years back. For the last two she's on Debian 'cause stability and hve not want her to go to the regulars (six months) upgrade. Your mom and your sister will do very good with Fedora in no time. My older brother got a laptop with 7 for her last year but she ditched for a Debian Desktop from Zareason. I could've built it myself but zareason save me time for a few bucks for a great system customized they way I specified even up to the details for LV. Enough for the preaching.
