Are there any tools available on fedora for encoding webm? I see mention of patches for mencoder on the webm video site, but it isn't clear if they have made it into the official mencoder and already exist in the rpmfusion version (plus there is always the insane complication of figuring out what parameters to pass into any of the encode algorithms :-).
