did took a peek at mysql.spec to see if i can quickly do it .. but
theres a lot of mysteries there .. and i dont really know
mysql/mariadb that well to be able to do a comparable packaging ..

and even if I do .. the discussion on whether it should replace mysql
or should be parallel will happen, as it have overlap files and naming
with the mysql package .. also, there will be question on to which
implementation should other libs (eg: python-mysql, php-mysql) should
be compiled against? .. mysql oracle? or mariadb ..

the arguments there are rather old i think as thats during the point
when mariadb was new and its future unknown.. right now i think thats
no longer a question.
