Severe intermittent hanging with Firefox, F16, KDE ?

I haven't experienced this problem.  Others have indicated "temporary
freezing" of KDE but haven't specifically narrowed it down to
"firefox".  Are you certain it is "firefox"?

Some have reported relief by disabling nepomuk file indexing.
