YOU ARE STLL CONTINUE TO IGNORE WHAT PEOPLE ARE TELLING YOU

which you are quoting now?

you have KILLED the FS of /dev/sdb1 with your first dd-command
there is NOTHING to restore, it is OVERWRITTEN COMPLETLY
