F17- Internal USB hub not working

I was using udevadm to debug a new usb target and as I recall,
it was something like, cat 1 > /proc/usb??  and that kicked up the kernel
debug to /var/log/messages.

I was just looking about to find which instruction as i needed it only
briefly.
