eject command fails to eject cd (WORKAROUND)

Hello, Ed
After I read the above linked bug, I found this all on my own...

To sum it up, I did the following:
1. Before I made the following changes, I pushed the eject button on my 
DVD drive.  Like it usually does, the drive did NOT open.

2. I then added this to the end of "/etc/sysctl.conf":
"# Eject CD-ROM By Using the Eject Button
dev.cdrom.lock=0

"

3. Ran "/sbin/sysctl -p" to re-load "/etc/sysctl.conf"

4. Eject button now works!
