Add to panel not working

F14 was EOLed around 6 months ago, meaning it no longer receives
updates, even for serious problems (and your chances of getting answers
on this list drop off quickly). You should upgrade to at least F16 (F15
will be EOLed soon). This means moving to Gnome 3 or a different
desktop.
