Well....  I don't think I have much good news....

With regards to the wireless controller....

Doing a bit of searching.....  It seems the ralink drivers are all listed here....

You card is probably RT539x PCIe and after downloading the driver SW it would seem
that the driver name would end up being rt2860.ko but that doesn't exist on F anything.

Looking in the source code there is an include file include/chip/rt5390.h which has

#define NIC5392_PCIe_DEVICE_ID  0x5392

So, I'm fairly sure this is your device.

FWIW, when I was at F14 I downloaded drivers from ralink to get my wireless working. 
It wasn't a painless path....but I got it working.  In F15 it became fully supported.

Please take this analysis with a grain of salt.  While all this seems logical to
me....I may be all wet.  Hope someone can refute my findings.  :-)
