Howto disable "advanced" form of autocompletition introduced with F15/16 (completion-help)?

To take care of the rest of the lunatic autocompletion, this
is the big hammer: yum -C erase bash-completion (I think that's
the name).

An expert system written in bash that knows what the person
who wrote it wants to do, but doesn't have a clue what I
want to do :-).
