I'm no longer as certain this has anything to do with NFS. Even if I umount all NFS filesystems, I still panic at reboot when running 3.4.0. I did go ahead and add a bug even without any info available from the walkback: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=830862
