Power-off stupidity remains in Gnome 3

In GNOME 3.6 the extensions will update automatically. This was not done
before on purpose (fear of bugs, breaking stuff, etc.. best to start off
with manual updates).

extensions.gnome.org is like Firefox extensions.. they don't show up in
a package manager.
