F15 -> F17 upgrade "A unpack error occurred when installing the numpy package"

It has been a long time seen seeing that error.  I encountered it installing a Red
Hat Enterprise LInux system.  The problem turned out to be the DVD I burnt at max
rate.  I made another DVD and specified 2X and all was well.  It too passed the media
check.
