Fedora 18 will install certain updates when rebooting - but only through Gnome3

The subject of your message indicated Fedora 18.  This is not a released version.  As
such, you should direct your questions/comments to the "test" list.... 
test at lists.fedoraproject.org

This list is "reserved" for released versions of Fedora.
