Fedora crashed at Grub Rescue

After further test with Gparted and Smartctl I found out I no longer 
have the  /  and /home partitions on the drive.

And smartctl  shows that hard drive has failures and old-age problems.

I just installed Fedora 17 on the hard drive three days ago.
