There's an old saying that you catch more flies with honey than with
vinegar. Considering that those most expert in pulseaudio are also
those most involved with it you are limiting the pool of experts to
answer your question by asking it in this way.

Nothing makes me reach for the delete key faster than emails that say
"You suck! Now help me!".
