F16 alacarte found but it does not work.

I  was suggested in an earlier post  that F16 did not have an alacarte,
well I installed it but it does not run. When it is run you get an error
message that the gmenu python module is missing,

Does tho program work for other people? If it does not does a Bugzilla
need to be issued?
