What is removing files from /tmp?

I was unaware of BleachBit.  Unfortunately, both

   locate -i bleach

and

  rpm -qa | fgrep -i bleach

return the null string.  Thanks for the suggestion.
This is really quite frustrating.  It's like I have
a daemon on my system.
