FC17 does not include SCTP kernel module

A couple of issues with that - hopefully not a big deal:

(1) The system I am installing to does not have direct Internet access and
thus cannot do a 'yum' to an external repository.  I can only install
what's on the FC17 DVD ISO or via RPM (that I download from a separate
machine).

(2) My arch is x86_64 as opposed to i686

(3) My kernel is the default 3.3.4-5 that comes with FC17 x86-64, and I
see the one you listed is more recent.
