No longer the case, sadly. The standard installation of Android 4.0
upwards (i.e. since Ice Cream Sandwich) no longer supports USB mass
storage. You're meant to use MTP instead. Which is a bit of a shame
given the appalling quality of MTP tools on Linux :-(
